Have you forgotten when nonprofits and charitable organizations come “knocking for help”, it is the local business owners that come to the rescue with sponsorships and donations? If you don’t support us, we can’t support those in need.
Next…who are your drivers? If you do business with Marco Office Supply our drivers are insured because they are employed by us, NOT CONTRACTED. Amazon and big box stores contract their drivers hence they are not responsible for theft, damage to your property, damage to a vehicle in your lot and heaven forbid an accident or fatality on the road. Our drivers are drug tested, background checked and are responsible to a supervisor in charge of deliveries. Let us elaborate on theft. Other drivers leave packages by the door, EVEN ON WEEK-ENDS WHEN NO ONE IS AROUND!! We, as a society, have created a new criminal – the “doorstep snatcher”. They drive around homes and businesses looking for those packages left at the doorstep unattended. Marco Office Supply will not leave a package unattended unless you ask us to “leave it at the door”. With that being said, we still call to let you know we just delivered.
WHO IS COLD CALLING?
If the salesperson does not have a business card with an e-mail or phone number where you can reach them or a catalog of products and information …BUYER BEWARE. Their job is to visit as many businesses as possible to get you to pay “X” amount of dollars to sign up to receive “X” number of coupons back. These individuals do not know a thing about office supplies; they get paid by the number of people they get to “sign up”. I like to call these people “The Red-Hot Mommas with Short Skirts”. By the way, it is illegal for them to solicit you to purchase without a permit. If you made a purchase other than signing up, they are subject to arrest. Trust me, it costs more to sign up for the promo than what you will save in coupons. Please recognize the “quick scam”. You will never, ever see these women as your sales representatives.
